Our Payment and Billing Policy
Cascade Medical Clinic requires patients to pay their portion at the time of service. This means that we will ask you to pay your co-pay, coinsurance (the percentage or amount your insurance does not cover) or deductible. If you do not have insurance, we require payment in full at time of service.
