We understand that navigating through the insurance process
can be confusing. To assist you in this, our Patient Accounts staff will verify your benefits before
most appointments so you are fully informed of what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. Not only will we verify your
available insurance benefits with your carrier, we will also call you prior to your appointment to let you know what your
insurance carrier has told us and remind you of your upcoming appointment. This ensures you will be informed
of any expenses you will be asked to pay when you arrive for your appointment.
Cascade Medical Clinic will also bill
your insurance plan as a courtesy. We have contracts with many insurance companies, however regardless of our contract
status, we do ask our patients to pay for any out-of-pocket expenses at the time of service.
Please note that we do recommend you also contact
your insurance carrier directly to discuss available insurance benefits prior to your appointment, especially if you
have any questions or concerns.
